HOW THE TRANSFER WORKS
Transferring your Founding Business Membership is simple.
1. REQUEST THE TRANSFER
Contact RLGC Business Hub and provide the membership information and details of the receiving business.
2. RLGC REVIEWS THE REQUEST
The receiving business must be a qualifying business and agree to RLGC Business Hub’s Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and applicable membership requirements.
3. TRANSFER IS COMPLETED
Once approved, the remaining membership term is transferred to the new business.
4. THE NEW BUSINESS BECOMES THE FOUNDING MEMBER
The recipient receives the applicable remaining Founding Business Member benefits and grandfathered status.
IMPORTANT
The transfer does not restart the 24-month membership period.
The recipient receives the remaining portion of the original membership term.
FOUNDING MEMBERSHIP TERMS
1. Membership Term
The Founding Business Membership provides 24 months of membership beginning upon activation or as otherwise specified during registration.
2. Founding Price
The founding price is $997 one time for the applicable 24-month membership term.
3. Price Protection
The Founding Business Member’s applicable founding pricing remains protected during the applicable membership term.
Price protection does not guarantee that every future product, service, feature, AI model, integration, advertising opportunity or third-party service will be included at no additional cost.
4. Transferability
The Founding Business Membership may be transferred or sold to another qualifying business, subject to RLGC Business Hub approval and completion of the required transfer process.
5. Sale or Transfer
A membership sale or transfer is a transaction between the existing member and the receiving business. RLGC Business Hub does not establish or guarantee the resale value of a membership.
RLGC Business Hub may require reasonable documentation to verify the transfer and identity of the receiving business.
6. Remaining Term
A transferred membership retains only the remaining portion of the original membership term.
A transfer does not create a new 24-month term.
7. Founding Benefits Transfer
When a transfer is approved, the receiving business receives the applicable Founding Business Member status and eligible founding benefits associated with the remaining membership term.
8. No Cash Value
The membership itself does not represent cash, equity, ownership in RLGC Business Hub, or an investment interest in RLGC or any affiliated company.
9. Platform Development
RLGC Business Hub is an evolving platform. Features, services, AI models, tools, integrations, usage limits and other capabilities may be added, modified, replaced or discontinued.
10. Sophie
Sophie is an evolving AI-powered service. Specific capabilities, availability, usage limits, models and features may change as development continues.
Access to Sophie does not guarantee any particular business result.
11. AI-Generated Content
AI-generated content should be reviewed before publication or commercial use.
Members are responsible for reviewing generated content for accuracy, suitability, trademarks, copyrights, factual claims and other applicable rights.
12. Business Results
RLGC Business Hub does not guarantee specific sales, customers, leads, revenue, traffic, conversions, advertising results or other business outcomes.
13. Third-Party Services
Certain RLGC Business Hub features may depend on third-party services, AI providers, APIs, payment processors, advertising networks or other technology providers.
Third-party availability and performance cannot be guaranteed.
14. Eligibility
RLGC Business Hub reserves the right to decline or terminate membership or a proposed transfer where necessary to comply with applicable law, platform rules, fraud prevention requirements, security requirements or other legitimate business requirements.
15. Agreement
By purchasing the Founding Business Membership, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the RLGC Business Hub Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and applicable AI / Sophie disclosures.

Sophie is a developing platform, so features and availability may change.
Can I use content I create commercially?
Eligible content created through RLGC Business Hub and Sophie may be used for commercial purposes, subject to the applicable Terms & Conditions, third-party rights, AI provider requirements and your responsibility to review the content before use.

No.
